Relay for Life is a team fundraising event where team members take turns walking around a track or designated path. Each event is 6-24 hours in length, and each team is asked to have a member on the track at all time to signify that cancers never sleeps. Cancer patients don’t stop because they’re tired, and for one night, neither do we.
Wesley UMC supports Team Jean in loving memory of Pastor Jean Russo-Parks. We’ll be at the Northeast Tri-Town event at Smithfield High School, 90 Pleasant View Ave, Greenville, RI on June 16th & 17th. Join us in honoring the survivors, remembering those we’ve lost to cancer and celebrating the caregivers.
There is still time!! To join the team, donate or dedicate a luminaria, click HERE.
