Blue Christmas December 15

When Christmas Time is Hard – Blue Christmas Service
While the world is telling us that we should be happy, excited, and full of joy, we may not be feeling that way. We may be experiencing other emotions including sadness, sorrow, grief, loss, confusion and a variety of others.

A Blue Christmas service is a time to accept that we have many different emotions during this season; some of them are difficult and that is okay. It is a time to acknowledge that the loss of a job, death of a loved one, change in our health or other life transitions can make the holiday celebrations difficult.

Jesus came to a world where there was a lot of pain. Jesus came to bring comfort and healing to us.

Join us on Sunday night, December 15th at 7:00 pm, for a service where any emotion you are feeling is real and part of what this season means for you this year.
